A long Long time ago Clara Oakes sent out a notecard to her group on basic Lucky Chair Etiquette.
After a few miserable days at a very popular prize camp spot I thought I might tweak her guide for camping chairs.

-If someone has already been waiting around the chair when you arrive, it would be polite to let them camp first. Please please do not cam in from another room and steal a chair when you see others waiting patiently in line. ^_^

-Do NOT jump in a chair if you’ve been tp’d when someone else has been as well and is already waiting to rezz. Normally you can tell because the person is being pointed to the chair in local chat. Snatching the chair in a case like this one is incredibly rude.(Remember to thank the person who tp’d you)

-Be courteous to the store owner. Take a moment to thank them for the gift in the chair if they are in the shop. Remember, they are in no way obliged to give out freebies. If something goes wrong still be polite. Let the owner know what happened in private. It is up to the owner on the end results. Respect that.

-Some chairs draw huge crowds. For days. This causes lag, and can also lock down the sim. Be as low prim as possible, this will reduce lag and allow the place to rez faster.

- It may be a good idea to remove anything that talks or gives updates in open chat. IE pets, fetuses, This also would help with the lag factor.

- If you know someone has been camping and sits on the chair wrong, when they adjust themselves do not steal the chair.

-NO DRAMA! Do not argue over a chair in local chat. This is unpleasant and offensive to the store owner and the other people present. Problem with someone? Take it into IM.

So are you are wondering how much of this happened to me in the 36 hrs I tried for the shoes…… OO and guess how many I got in the end… Lol first person to guess right will get a giftie from me. Nothing big but from one of my favorite stores.
